Well, the deposit has been paid and work on the bathroom starts tomorrow with the demolition & gutting of the oh-so-pretty bathroom. (We’ve postponed the hardwood floor guy to late next week. Bon idee, non?) The painting is 90% complete. They will come back once the windows are installed to finish / touch up the trim.
